Nestled on the north shore of Lake Maxinkuckee, Culver, Indiana thrives on tradition. Few embody that spirit more fully than Chet, Culver Academies Class of 1973—coach’s son, Hall-of-Fame legacy, lifelong resident, and the guiding force behind Access Culver.
After two decades raising record-setting gifts for his alma mater and coaching youth hoops, Chet noticed a problem familiar to every Academy parent: finding a reliable, comfortable place to stay during matriculation, Parents’ Weekends, or graduation. Drawing on friendships with multi-generation Culver families—and his reputation as “the first call for any class planning a reunion”—he launched Access Culver in 2008.
Today, our portfolio features privately held cottages, condos, and historic homes, many never advertised on public listing sites.
